Please book early for winter 2011 self contained accommodation at Happy Valley.

The Cottages, Homestead Unit and the Farmhouse are all guaranteed clean, warm and comfortable.This is self contained, self cater accommodation and all you need to bring is food, (available in Adaminaby) towels and linen. Linen hire is available $15 single $30 double. There are doonas and pillows on the beds and electric blankets.


MARY'S COTTAGE. Comfortably sleeps six plus extra one on trundle if required. Two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, laundry dining and lounge area, slow combustion wood heater.

POLICE STATION COTTAGE. Comfortably sleeps six plus extra one on trundle if required. Three bedrooms, one of which is the old cell. Bathroom, kitchen and dining area, laundry. Lounge area with slow combustion wood heater. Attached undercover parking for two cars.


HOMESTEAD UNIT. Comfortably sleeps six plus extra bed if required. Three bedrooms, Two bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, combined dining and lounge area. Gas and electric heating, private entrance, under cover parking.

The tariff for Mary's Cottage, Police Station Cottage and the Homestead Unit is per night for up to 6 people. Extra people $36 per person per night.

Winter 1st June to 6th October. $200 per night.

Summer. 7th October to 31st May. $150 per night.

THE FARMHOUSE. Comfortably sleeps twelve people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a bath. Combined kitchen and dining area, large lounge area with wood heater. Situated close to Mary's Cottage so can provide gathering area for combined families.

Tariff for the Farmhouse is per night for up to 12 people. Extra people $36 per person per night.

Winter. 1st June to 6th October  $400 per night.

Summer. 7th October to 31st May $300 per night.

Minimum three nights stay. Sorry, no pets allowed.


BOOKING.      A 20% non refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking and the balance payable one month before arrival. We accept Bankcard, Visa and Mastercard for over the phone deposits. Incoming guests to arrive after 4pm and vacate by 10am unless alternative arrangements have been made.
